our commitment

so we can get back to stretching

Our community is at the heart of our studio and we can’t wait to get back to stretching together. We reopened our doors on July 6 and we are thankful that all has been running smoothly and safely. Cleanliness and safety have always been amongst our top priorities at the studio and now we’ve strengthened our commitment to both by adding new procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of the StretchSource Family. Below you will find up to date protocols that we at StretchSource have put into place in order to keep our clients, our trainers, and studio visitors safe and healthy. Please note that these are subject to change, to be fine-tuned and adjusted as we continue to monitor the situation at hand, keeping a close eye on all government and data driven guidelines and mandates.

As YOu Enter the Studio…

socially distance

Only one person at a time should be entering or leaving through studio doors.

We will remain a shoe-free facility with grippy socks required. Grippy socks will remain a priority in the studio.

wear a face mask

All visitors to the studio are required to wear a face mask before entering the front door of the studio and remain on in the studio at all times.

Face coverings must be worn during stretch sessions above the noise and if you need to remove your face covering for any reason you will need to do so outside the building.

cashless payments

In order to keep physical exchanges with the front desk minimal, we ask that you update your card on file by logging into your account at www.mindbodyonline.com/stretchsource and save your credit card information.

In the event this does not work, trainers will be wearing gloves and taking credit cards.

check in process…

But First, We Sanitize
As you enter the studio, our staff, while wearing masks and gloves, will be providing every individual with hand sanitizer before check in.

Temperature Checks
Once sanitized, your trainer will use a contactless thermometer to measure all client temperatures upon arrival.

Consent/Questionaire of Good Health
A COVID – 19 questionnaire and WAIVER will be emailed to you 24 hours before your scheduled session. You are required to fill the form out within 24hours prior to your visit to the studio including recent travel, and exposure history will be completed. (If you have traveled anywhere in or out of the country or have been exposed to COVID -19 please allow 14 days until you schedule your stretch)

stretch experience…

Change in Offerings
For the present time we are no longer offering StretchTribe Classes in studio. All classes will be offered online. We will freeze all class packages until further notice. Stay tuned!

Adjusted Schedule for Enhanced Cleaning
We will still be providing 1:1 private stretch sessions but will allow 15 minutes between each session for thorough disinfection.

Sanitizing Wipes
Although we will be doing deep cleans of all studio equipment between sessions, there will also be wipe dispensers in studio for individual usage.

Space is Love
We are now offering private rooms for covid friendliness. Each room includes an individual air purifying system.

Timing is Everything
Due to the time required to disinfect between sessions any late arrivals will forfeit time missed and sessions will end on time no matter what.

Don’t Cancel, But if You Must
We want to ensure every one receives the stretch they deserve, but we ask if you are feeling under the weather to please let us know and we will cancel your session without any penalty. Please understand that cancellation due to sickness will require a 2 week quarantine before you will be permitted to return to the studio for stretching.

deep cleaning enhancements…

The New Employee Uniform
Trainers are required to wear both masks and gloves during for the entirety of their shift. A new pair of gloves will be used for each session.

Employee Temperature Checks
All employees will use a contactless thermometer to check their temperatures at the start of every shift.

Our Continued Obsession with Disinfectant
At the start, end, and throughout every shift our trainers will be using disinfectant spray and wipes to clean off all surfaces, retail shelving, bathroom counters, toilet handles, and more, to continue upholding sanitation standards.

Clean air is good air
We have an air purifier system in each room keeping our air virus free!

what we ask of our community…

If you’ve made it this far, we know this is a lot to take in but as a studio we are willing to go to great lengths to take care of our community. Now we want to ask the same of you. Aside from following government guidelines and regulations we ask that each individual who walks through our doors understands that although this looks a little different we are all in this together and we must do our part.

As a member of the StretchSource Family, we’d like your commitment on the following:

Not too close! Please maintain a socially appropriate distance from all individuals and refrain from person-to-person contact including hugs, high fives, fist bumps, hip checks, and more.

If you are feeling even slightly under the weather, be it a cough, tickle in your throat, itchy eye, stomachache, congestion, headache, or more, please stay home.

And when you step into the studio, we ask that you step into our sanctuary and relax!
