Due to the demand of stretching services at this time and covid protocol, all in-studio services must be booked over the phone or directly with a trainer.
A valid credit card is required to book a studio service. If a service is cancelled within a 24-hour cancellation window or left unpaid, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the full value of the service.
Appointment confirmations are sent to clients by email at the time a service is booked; appointment reminders are sent by email 24 hours prior to date of service.
We require 24-hour notice when canceling private sessions and 1 hour notice before virtual stretch classes. Cancellations made after indicated time will be subject to the full charge. If you or someone you live with are feeling under the weather, please cancel sessions without penalty. Cancellations due to covid may result in up to 2 weeks wait time before returning to the studio.
Unless otherwise specified, packages expire one year from the date of purchase; all sales are final. Packages cannot be shared between accounts.
Sessions are forfeited 10 minutes and classes 5 minutes after their scheduled start time unless otherwise specified by the stretch coach. Late cancellation fees apply to all forfeited classes and sessions.
Payment is due upon completion of sessions/services.
StretchSource reserves the right to charge the card on file at completion of the session or in the case of a late cancellation. The credit card on file will only be charged if there is no active package on the account. If there is no active package on the account, a one week payment grace period will be given. After one week, the card on file will be charged for a single session. This single session cannot be added to the next package purchase.
